Powder Coat Support

Chief Fabrication is seeking a Powder Coat Process Support to join the Chief team. This position provides daily support to the Powder Coat department by preparing parts, staging materials, ensuring work areas are organized and production is ready..

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for the Powder Coat process, including cleaning, masking, plugging and hanging.
• Setup load and upload areas to be ergonomically correct for the hanging and unloading processes.
• Inspect coated parts for defects, uneven coating, drips or imperfections.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.  

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Prepare parts for the Powder Coat process, including cleaning, masking, plugging and hanging.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5:00am – 1:30pm
• 2nd Shift – 1:30pm – 9:00pm
