We are looking for a PostgreSQL Administrator to join our team within a leading company in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and architectural support for PostgreSQL databases.
• Manage and maintain Couchbase and MySQL environments which is also in the tech stack.
• Perform RHEL / Linux system administration activities.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation via bash scripting.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support critical issues when necessary 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields).
• 4–8 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL administration.
• Working experience with Couchbase and MySQL
• Solid knowledge of RHEL environments.
• Proficiency in Ansible and bash scripting 
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• B2–C1 English proficiency, especially for documentation and verbal/written communication.
