About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Post Silicon Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for firmware development from scratch using Embedded C, post-silicon validation for digital and mixed-signal SoC products, and automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop firmware from scratch using Embedded C for post-silicon validation.
  • Perform post-silicon validation for digital and mixed-signal SoC products.
  • Automate validation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Bring-up and validate low-level interfaces such as I²C, SPI, ADC, etc.
  • Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators for validation and debugging.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and validation strategies.
  • Document validation plans, procedures, and results.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze test data and generate reports summarizing validation results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in post-silicon validation.
  • Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.
  • Solid understanding of ARM Cortex M series microcontrollers.
  • Experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and UART.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python for test automation is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
