- Prepare and package assets for downstream use across eCommerce platforms and internal systems
- Troubleshoot complex imaging issues related to masking, alignment, color accuracy, or product representation
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or standardize repetitive tasks to improve throughput and consistency
Ownership, Problem Solving & Customer Experience
- Own the accuracy and readiness of assigned product imagery from initial intake through final production delivery
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in imaging workflows and drive solutions independently
- Apply a customer-first mindset when evaluating imagery, ensuring products are represented clearly, accurately, and intuitively throughout the shopping experience
- Balance speed, quality, and scalability while making sound judgment calls in a production environment
- Continuously assess and optimize processes, documentation, and standards to improve efficiency and reliability
AI, Automation & 3D Visualization Enablement
- Partner with 3D modeling teams to support imagery used in product previews, alternate views, and cart/checkout experiences
- Own AI prompting and optimization workflows to generate or enhance product visualizations where appropriate
- Leverage AI tools and automation as supplemental image sources alongside traditional studio photography
- Evaluate, refine, and productionize AI- and 3D-generated outputs to ensure they meet accuracy, quality, and customer experience standards

- Serve as a trusted imaging partner to Catalog Development, Product, Studio Photography, UX, Merch, Site Merchandising, and Engineering teams
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows through proactive planning, asset creation, and validation
- Communicate risks, dependencies, and status clearly to stakeholders without requiring close oversight
- Participate in QA, proofing, and issue resolution to ensure consistent execution at scale
