  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of Magnet’s AI-assisted post-production best practices across editing, animation, motion, and delivery

  • Train and onboard Magnet’s Flexforce on required AI tools, templates, workflows, and quality standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects

  • Evaluate production scope, staffing, and budgets to determine the most efficient approach for each project, balancing quality, speed, and cost

  • Partner with creative and strategy leads to translate creative intent into efficient, scalable post-production execution

  • Proactively identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and repeat friction points, and implement process improvements that reduce rework, revision cycles, and production cost

  • Support complex production needs, including animation, live action, livestreams, and multi-platform deliverables, with an emphasis on repeatable systems and AI-enabled scale

Required Skills

  • 4–5+ years managing post-production or production operations for branded video and content

  • Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application in post-production workflows, including editing, versioning, captions, motion, and Voiceover

  • Experience working with freelancers and distributed teams, including training, onboarding, and enforcing standardized workflows

  • Ability to communicate confidently with executive-level clients and internal leadership, translating creative needs into efficient production solutions

  • Hands-on experience editing in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with post-production technical workflows strongly preferred
