Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our VIP Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Collaborate effectively with other teams to resolve inquiries and client issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Proven experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
