Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding our technology offerings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions to maintain clear records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share insights.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
