This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and enjoy helping customers. As part of our dedicated team, you will assist Portuguese-speaking clients in resolving technical issues while experiencing the beautiful culture and scenery of Greece.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for a range of electronic products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on the best practices for using our products and services.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer inquiries and the solutions provided.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product developments and technology trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
