Key Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about our products and services, helping them make the most out of their experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and resolve frequent customer challenges.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with product advancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to customer service with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Technical proficiency and a knack for solving problems efficiently.
