Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional social media support to Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and thorough responses to their inquiries.
• Create engaging content that appeals to our audience and encourages interaction.
• Proactively monitor social media channels to manage customer feedback and ongoing conversations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies and communications.
• Contribute to building a strong online community and enhancing customer engagement.
• Keep up-to-date with social media trends to continuously improve engagement tactics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly mentioned in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Genuine passion for social media and an eagerness to assist customers.
• Experience in customer service or social media roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
