Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Engage proactively with users by responding to comments and inquiries, fostering a positive online environment.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to established moderation policies.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to develop and implement effective content strategies.
- Analyze user interactions and engagement metrics to enhance moderation practices and community engagement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and best practices in community management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their community guidelines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- A team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
