Your Responsibilities

• Field calls from Portuguese-speaking customers who require roadside assistance.
• Quickly assess the situation and provide guidance to customers in distress.
• Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain knowledge of Mercedes products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
