Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist to join a renowned luxury car brand in Greece! In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers encountering roadside issues, ensuring a seamless experience reflective of the luxury brand's high standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Portuguese-speaking customers during roadside emergencies with prompt and effective solutions.
• Evaluate vehicle issues and coordinate the necessary assistance to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and reassured during the assistance process.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to support continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and service providers to provide quick and efficient assistance.
• Engage in regular training to be knowledgeable about luxury vehicle features and assistance protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
• Experience in customer service or roadside assistance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
• A friendly, professional attitude committed to exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work in a mobile role and travel throughout Greece as needed.
