As a Portuguese Speaking Partner Support Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our partners, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to partners in Portuguese through various communication channels.
• Diagnose and resolve partner issues efficiently and professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met.
• Document interactions and provide valuable feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance partner satisfaction and service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to keep your product knowledge up to date.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
