Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Effectively resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.
