Portuguese Speaking Online Platform Support Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is actively seeking a Portuguese Speaking Online Platform Support Agent to join our dynamic team! If you are committed to providing excellent customer service and possess a strong understanding of technology, this role offers you the chance to support our Portuguese-speaking users on our online platform.

As a support agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and guiding users through their experience on the platform. Your contributions will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Portuguese-speaking customers through email and chat communication.
• Diagnose and address technical problems efficiently.
• Guide users on how to effectively navigate the online platform and utilize its features.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about the platform and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English would be a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in online or technical settings, is preferred.
• A solid ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A friendly approach and genuine interest in helping others.
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn within the team.
