Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality multilingual support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
