You will be an integral part of our support team, providing outstanding service to our Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them effectively use our mobile products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding mobile applications and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile-related products efficiently.
• Guide customers on using various mobile features and answer their queries.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions to facilitate quality assurance and improvement.
• Work alongside product teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated and acted upon.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
