Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
