Portuguese Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a passionate Portuguese Speaking HealthTech Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues related to our innovative HealthTech solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and address technical issues associated with HealthTech products.
• Guide clients in utilizing product features to maximize their experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions for tracking and improvement purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and client satisfaction.
• Engage in continual learning to stay updated on product developments and health technology innovations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Genuine interest in HealthTech and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
