Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training to stay knowledgeable about our products and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is preferred. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented mentality with a willingness to assist.
