Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from Portuguese-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and provide insights for improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge of products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on engaging effectively with customers.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
