Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to ride-sharing services, addressing concerns and providing solutions effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the app features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
