Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about the ride-sharing app, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to keep up with the latest app features and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
