Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding logistics inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with issues related to shipments, deliveries, and tracking.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistics challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training to keep up-to-date with logistics processes and improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
