Provide them with the support and guidance needed to enhance their experience with our systems. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to home entertainment systems, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about product features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in home entertainment technology and devices.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mentality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
