Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on food service trends and improve your skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the food industry.
• Previous experience in customer support or the food delivery sector is a plus but not mandatory.
