• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on Disney + offerings and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong passion for customer service and entertainment.
