Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from Portuguese-speaking customers regarding airline reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about flight schedules, pricing, and booking processes.
• Assist customers in making, modifying, or cancelling their reservations efficiently.
• Resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the booking process with professionalism and care.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and keep the CRM system updated.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Stay informed about airline industry trends and updates to provide informed assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the travel or airline sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries at once.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• A background or interest in the airline industry is advantageous.
• Must hold an EU passport.
