Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries, product information, and any issues related to tobacco products.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to contribute to improving service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
