Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries and assist with product selection while resolving any issues that may arise.

• Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service quality improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
