Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to support continual service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
