Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently manage customer inquiries, assist with hotel bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to assist in enhancing service delivery.

Requirements
