You will assist Portuguese-speaking clients with hotel reservations and inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Support customers with hotel reservations, answer inquiries, and resolve any booking-related issues that may arise.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions to assist in the continuous improvement of service quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and hotel partners to ensure a seamless booking process for customers.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality industry trends and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality sector is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction.
