Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, assist with product information, and resolve any issues effectively.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
