Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist with product information, and resolve any issues related to fitness equipment.

• Accurately document customer interactions to support service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

Requirements
