Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and any issues related to airline reservations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and airline partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
