In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for Portuguese-speaking clients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and fulfilling. Your commitment to customer happiness will help us build strong relationships and improve our overall customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Handle inquiries and find solutions promptly to create a delightful customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and share feedback to help refine our services.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to continually develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
