Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Portuguese-speaking clients, understanding their specific online payment needs and providing tailored assistance.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for clients, ensuring successful implementation and utilization of our payment systems.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide troubleshooting support to resolve any issues effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the features and benefits of our payment solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and communicate client feedback, contributing to service improvements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in online payment technology to offer up-to-date advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, consultancy, or a related field, ideally within the financial technology or payment processing area.
• Understanding of online payment solutions and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
