• Assist clients during the onboarding process and help them navigate our services effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is highly preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
