Your Responsibilities

• Provide first-class technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Offer guidance and training on the effective use of our software products.
• Record and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is a must.
