On behalf of our client, we’re looking for Portuguese Customer Care Agents, to join the growing team of one of Europe's largest betting company, in Athens! The company is an established Game Tech company, committed to deliver the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base.
Responsibilities
- Assist our customer base via live chat, telephone, email and social media
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record inquiries, comments and complaints
- Enhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams
Requirements
- Native / near-native level of Portuguese and English
- High School/ Degree from an accredited University
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a call center will be considered a plus
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation
