The Portfolio Software & Vendor Cost Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and overseeing all software and vendor spend across the Partner One portfolio of companies. This role supports cost-reduction initiatives by reviewing vendor lists, identifying savings opportunities, analyzing pricing structures, renegotiating contracts, and ensuring each portfolio company is operating with accurate, up-to-date vendor information. The Analyst will work closely with Finance, IT, and Legal teams across all companies to drive measurable savings and improve vendor governance and efficiency. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency across the organization.
