As our Portfolio Owner, GTM Systems, you will:

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and long-term evolution of the GTM systems portfolio.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into system initiatives.
  • Prioritize work at the portfolio level, making clear trade-offs when priorities compete.
  • Act as the connective tissue between product teams, system admins, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Partner with business owners to drive adoption and effective change management, ensuring systems deliver measurable business value.
  • Establish governance and access controls in collaboration with technical system owners across GTM platforms.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • At least 5 years of experience owning or evolving CRM, marketing automation, and revenue-related systems.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies within a SaaS environment along with a mindset focused on business outcomes, not just feature delivery.
  • Strong ability to define direction, prioritize initiatives, and make informed trade-offs.
  • Comfortable working with technical concepts, system integrations, and architectural constraints.
