We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes of Corfu – Autograph Collection, an ultimate luxury hospitality experience located in Glyfada, Corfu.

Pool & Beach Supervisor

The Role

The Pool & Beach Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Pool and Beach areas, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience in line with Domes brand standards.

This role combines operational supervision, team leadership, guest engagement and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that service excellence, safety and operational efficiency are consistently maintained.

Some of the Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Satisfaction

  • Ensure all guests receive professional, warm and personalized service at all times.
  • Maintain strong visibility in the Pool & Beach areas, proactively addressing guest needs and resolving any concerns promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints and negative feedback effectively, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up in accordance with company procedures.

Operational Management

  • Supervise daily Pool & Beach operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.
  • Coordinate staffing levels and operational needs to support peak service periods.
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor service flow, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the Pool & Beach areas.
    Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, motivate, and support the Pool & Beach team to achieve high performance and service consistency.
    • Conduct shift briefings and ensure team members are informed about VIP guests, special requests, and daily operational priorities.
    • Support training initiatives related to service standards, procedures, and brand values.

      Administrative Support
    • Prepare and submit daily operational reports and end-of-shift documentation, including POS/MICROS reports, voids, house charges and cash handling.
    • Assist management with performance monitoring, reporting, and operational follow-up.

Requirements

      • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset).
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory or Leadership role.
      • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is considered a strong advantage.
      • Proficiency in POS systems (MICROS) and basic computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Ability to work outdoors and perform duties requiring extended standing and movement under varying weather conditions.
