Job Description: Senior Engineer – Polyglot 

Experience: 8–10 years

Role Overview 

We are looking for a Polyglot Senior Engineer who thrives in building scalable, high-performance applications across multiple tech stacks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and PHP (Laravel) 

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages 

• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions 

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making 

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems 

• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance 

Must-Have Skills 

• Strong hands-on experience as a Polyglot Engineer 

• Proficiency in Java, PHP, and Laravel 

• Solid understanding of backend architecture and APIs 

• Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) 

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills 

Good-to-Have 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) 

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems 

• CI/CD and DevOps awareness
