Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to VIP Polish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Anticipate and understand client needs, delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Accurately document all client interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to quickly resolve any client inquiries or issues.
• Engage in ongoing training to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and service excellence.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on building long-lasting relationships.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
