Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing solutions that meet client needs.
- Educate and inform customers on the features and best practices of their security solutions.
- Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
- Contribute to team efforts to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients.
