Key Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot them promptly, and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they get the most value from their interactions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with your team to improve service delivery and address common challenges faced by customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product enhancements and industry developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. It is important to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills with a dedicated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Technical capability and effective problem-solving skills are highly valued.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
