Polish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a new opening for a Polish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece! In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our Polish-speaking clients through the implementation of our software solutions, ensuring they achieve the outcomes they desire.

Your strong understanding of technology and customer-focused approach will enable you to effectively lead clients through the implementation process, deliver training, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of software solutions for Polish-speaking clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to develop tailored implementation plans that address client requirements.
• Provide training sessions and continuous support to ensure clients maximize their use of the software.
• Document the implementation journey and gather client feedback to drive future improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client projects.
• Identify and resolve any challenges encountered during the implementation phase to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is required; English proficiency is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in software implementation or related roles is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on client success and engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently while also being a cooperative team member.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel when necessary for client meetings and training sessions.
